Ingredients:
Banana
Mango
Kiwi
Pineapple
Frozen mixed berries
Ceres Organics LSC, ground linseed, sunflower seed & chia seed
Raw Cacao Powder
Coconut
Milk
Instructions:
In a blender (I use a Ninja) place half a banana, mango and kiwi, a handful of chopped pineapple, coconut, and a small handful of berries. Place one desert spoon of LSC and a teaspoon of raw cacao powder. Pour in 150ml of milk. Blend together for about 30 seconds. Slice up the remainder of the fruit. Pour smoothie mix into a bowl and decorate with remaining fruit.
Notes:
Add more fruit and milk for 2 people. If using coconut milk leave out coconut in the smoothie mix. Getting a gorgeous photo of your creation – be ready as the fruit can sink 🙂
