By changing up just a few things in our diet, it can have quite a difference in our body.
This week I have chosen 3 things I am going change for this week, and continue them.
- Swapped Milk for acidophilus yogurt in the mornings with my natural cereal
- Going from using white rice to brown rice
- Start eating bread and more fruit, so I got Vogels to have banana on for lunchtime
I know my body is going to feel so much better for it, and I have chosen things I know my body needs. In a couple of weeks, I’ll add another change or two.
Maybe you want to cut out fizzy drinks or start drinking Green tea once a day. Looking up symptoms you may have issues with can be a good guide to what foods may help.
